SCIENCE-BACKED SPEED STUDIES

THE SHREDMILL METHOD

As the saying goes, knowledge is power. The SHREDmill provides a roadmap for every athlete to refine their form and find their force, knowing when to push on the gas pedal or pump the brakes. The SHREDmill steps in for Gears 2-4 below, where momentum matters most.

Our go-to speed gear guide

  • Your speed starting point–the first step you take off the blocks or on the field.

  • Discover your maximum horizontal force with your natural body position, foot strike, and drive to reach speeds as high at 55-70% of Max Velocity within three to five steps.

  • Much like riding a bike, the force from gear #2 transitions into form as you develop leg cycles, which get bigger and bigger to allow more power and speed to build.

  • Build top-end acceleration and use your form to reach hit speeds at max velocity.

  • Keep your speed consistent for game time and overtime.

READY TO GIVE IT A GO?

A fraction of a second can stand in the way of you lighting up the scoreboard or signing your first college or pro contract. Every athlete knows every second matters.
